Hi, it's me, Meg.
I hired my very talented friend & copy editor, Andy, to write the FAQs for me after I sent her half-baked notes on these topics. She's *very* professional. Any notes in italics are from me, personally. 

 

Where is page. located? 
page. operates from Salt Lake City, UT.

 

Tell me a bit about page. and its founder. 

Page was founded by Meg Livingston as a community for the book-loving girls, gays, and theys to have a place to buy cute merch and debate over who our favorite bat boy is. She also refused to write her own bio & made her best friend do it.

 

How long will shipping take? 
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, typically within one day of when your order was placed. Orders placed within the domestic United States are shipped USPS Ground from SLC, UT. You can typically expect your package to arrive in 2-4 business days, depending on which state you reside in. 

 

Do you ship outside of the US? 
We love our international besties and offer a variety of shipping options. At checkout, enter your shipping details to determine what those options are. 

 

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping information? 
Send us an email as quickly as you can to correct any order issues. We can make changes before our mom squad ships out your order. However, if your item has already shipped, there is nothing we can do.

 

USPS said my package was delivered, but it’s not here. What should I do? 
USPS occasionally will mark packages delivered up to 48 hours prior to delivery. If your order still hasn't arrived within two days after delivery, send an email to hello@pagetheshop.com

 

Can I buy an extra pouch? 
Every order placed includes a complimentary zip pouch and bookmark. Orders with multiple cases will still receive one zip pouch and bookmark. You will be able to purchase additional pouches in the near future. 

 

Can I choose my pouch?
Customers cannot choose their free pouch, unless one is purchased separately. (This was a very demure way to say no.)

 

Can I buy additional bookmarks? 
All orders come with a free, surprise bookmark. At this time, they are not available to purchase. 

Will my kindle have a strap? 
Recently, Page began transitioning all inventory over to a new model with a fun, free inner strap for comfortable hand-holding. However, because of the nature of small businesses, switching all inventory over to the new model will be a slow process. This allows for a more cost-effective and sustainable changeover. 


Page will not guarantee that any case will include this strap, until the end of the year, when the entire inventory has been switched over. Additionally, customers will not be provided with a list of which styles and sizes may include a strap. Returns initiated due to the lack of a strap will not be honored. 

This strap ordeal has been a supreme pain in my [peach emoji]. 

 

Are your kindle cases water-resistant?
Yes, but they are not water-proof and should not be submerged frequently. Do not expose your case to anything with a high oil content like excess sunscreen or lotion, as that can cause damage to the case’s ink. Page is not liable for damage caused by this. 

 

Do you cases have an auto wake/sleep feature?
Yes! Our cases will initiate your device to sleep and wake up when the cover closes and opens.


Do your cases have a magnet to stay closed when open?
No, they do not. Most users naturally hold the cases closed when in use, so an additional magnet is redundant.


How often do you launch new styles?
New styles launch every month. The best way to stay in the loop is to follow us on Instagram. 


Will you offer more cases for other eReaders in the future?
Yes! Four more sizes will be added to Page’s catalog by the end of 2024. If there are any sizes you hope to see in the shop, please let us know. 


What should I do if I ordered the wrong size? 
We understand that ordering the incorrect size does occur. Per Page’s return policy, returns are eligible for in-store credit only. No refunds will be provided. To initiate a return, please email hello@pagetheshop.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and any applicable photos of the product in question. 


What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 
Send an email to hello@pagetheshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’d love to help!


How long does it take to receive an email response? 
Page consists of a small team, but we will still try to respond to emails within 24 hours of receiving them during the week (M-F, regular business hours). We do not respond to emails during the weekend. This is not Amazon, angels. I am so sorry! 


How often do you restock? 
Page tries to restock as frequently as possible, typically once a month. If a style or size is sold out, it is very likely to restock in the future. 


How do I find out when a specific style will restock?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the page for the particular style you would like. You can opt for a text or an email reminder.


How do I find size information for my kindle case? 
Kindle sizing can be confusing, but we have you covered! Check out our comprehensive guide to finding your kindle’s model here. [Coming soon, but also check IG for the sizing guide.] 

 

Do you offer discounts or sales?
Not often. As a small business, Page carries a lot of unseen overhead, including paying our lovely mom squad, packaging, marketing, etc. Thank you for shopping small!


What is the mom squad? 
Page is staffed by a team of moms who work late after the kids are in bed. They package your orders, prep all the product & make sure the Page space is running well. Short answer: just a bunch of hot moms listening to Chappell Roan while sending out your orders between 8 PM & midnight.


Are you looking for artists to work with?

Do you offer wholesale?
